About the Position

Showroom Sales Consultant – Homewear & Furniture (Riyadh)

As a Showroom Sales Consultant in Homewear and Furniture, you will be the brand ambassador in our client’s flagship Riyadh showroom. Your mission is to inspire, advise, and support every visitor in curating their living spaces with sophistication and style. Through expert product knowledge and outstanding customer service, you will guide customers in finding the perfect furniture and home accessories, while ensuring a seamless and memorable showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities : Customer Service, Product Expertise & Sales Performance
  • Welcome and engage clients in the showroom, providing personalised consulting on furniture and homewear solutions.
  • Build long‑term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and delivering tailored recommendations.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with the latest trends in interior design, home décor, and furniture, sharing relevant insights with customers.
  • Achieve and exceed showroom sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow‑up.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor – from initial welcome to after‑sales support – ensuring a premium shopping experience.
  • Maintain impeccable showroom standards by organising displays, replenishing stock, and arranging visual merchandising.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring data integrity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the showroom team, interior designers, and operations staff to deliver excellence at every touchpoint.
  • Handle customer concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that maintain the company’s reputation for outstanding service.
Essential Skills & Qualifications : Retail Sales & Interior Furnishing Knowledge
  • 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within homewear, furniture, or a luxury retail environment.
  • Demonstrable passion for interior design, home décor, or furnishings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients of diverse backgrounds.
  • Females only.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Proficiency in using point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly regarded.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
