700Apps is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in the ServiceNow platform to deliver innovative IT service management (ITSM) solutions that drive efficiency and enhance user experiences. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes and IT requirements to deliver tailored ServiceNow solutions.
  • Lead workshops and discussions to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog management.
  • Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, and components using ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and client teams to enhance platform adoption.
  • Perform system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring best practices in ITSM are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integrated solutions.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, features, and enhancements to provide proactive solutions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Consultant or Developer, specifically in implementing ITSM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development including scripting, business rules, and workflow.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
