An IT Services Company located in Saudi Arabia is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist. Responsibilities include technical support for users, managing installations of desktop computers, and assisting engineers with infrastructure. Candidates should have 1-2 years of IT experience, a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, and must hold ITIL and MCSA certifications. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.   • Provide technical support for users.
  • Manage and support the installation of desktop computers and accessories.
  • Assisting infrastructure engineers with technical support for networks and infrastructure.
  • Support in preparing audio and visual systems for meeting rooms.
  • Support in preparing and installing networks, infrastructure, desktop computers, and accessories.
  • Support in preparing printers and telephone communications devices.
  • Provide all levels of support for monitoring and managing tickets.
  • Answer IT Service Desk calls and emails, providing solutions and / or escalating requests and problems to designated second level responders.
  • Complete tickets for IT Service Desk inquiries and follow-ups to ensure tickets are updated and acknowledged to the point of verifying completion and closing them out.
Requirements
  • Practical experience in the field of information technology for a period 1-2 years.
  • Degrees in the field of computer science, network engineering, IT infrastructure, and technical support.
  • ITIL Expert (Must)
  • MCSA Certified (Must)
Candidate Experience

Certification Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent. Microsoft 365 Certified : Teams Administrator Associate Microsoft 365 Identity and Services Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security Microsoft 365 Messaging Microsoft 365 Certified : Enterprise Administrator Expert Technical Skills : Experience in same or similar technology : 5+ (Microsoft 365, Microsoft Active directory, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, Enterprise Mobility and Security, Windows Virtual Desktop) Experience being involved in different types of solution implementations Good technical background with the ability to discuss architecture, hardware and software. Experience across different industry sectors. Good Experience with System center configuration manager. IT networking skills and experience Excellent understanding of Microsoft Modern workplace and Microsoft Security. Personal Skills : High sense of responsibility and ownership, acting like owner in what you do. Exceptional communication and presentation skills Being able to work on their own or in a team Being able to work to tight deadlines Ability to maintain composure during stressful situation Handling many tasks & responsibilities Fluent in Arabic and English.
