Role Summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is in search of a dedicated and results-oriented individual for the position of Senior Specialist – Business Continuity Corporate. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of business continuity plans, ensuring the organization is prepared for unexpected events and can maintain essential functions during disruptions. Your expertise will help protect our operations and enhance resilience across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) framework in alignment with the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) strategy.
  • Assist in identifying and assessing continuity risks across key business areas, including IT, operations, facilities, and supply chain.
  • Participate in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIAs) and risk assessments to determine critical recovery priorities and interdependencies.
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance, and periodic testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans to ensure organizational preparedness.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, Operations, Corporate Security) to ensure BCM plans are integrated and updated regularly.
  • Support the tracking and reporting of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics related to business continuity and crisis management.
  • Help deliver awareness and training programs to promote BCM understanding and readiness across the organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Emergency Management, or a related field.
  • +3 years of experience in business continuity planning or risk management.
  • Professional certifications in Business Continuity or Risk Management (e.g., CBCP, ISO 22301 Lead Implementer) are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of BCM standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, COSO ERM).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting BCM initiatives within large or complex organizations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders.
