Job description

ACIT is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead revenue growth for its flagship platforms Boardz and ClubsHub . The role focuses on B2B, B2G, and education sector sales , including enterprise clients, universities, government entities, associations, and strategic partners.

This position requires a commercially driven professional capable of managing the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and stakeholder engagement to deal structuring, negotiation, and closure—while building long-term partnerships aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Drive sales for Boardz (governance, GRC, executive platforms) and ClubsHub (university & student engagement platforms).
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle : prospecting, discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop customized pricing, subscription, and project-based proposals.
Partnerships & Business Development
  • Build strategic relationships with universities, ministries, government authorities, associations, and enterprise clients .
  • Identify partnership opportunities (resellers, strategic partners, integrators, sponsors).
  • Represent ACIT in meetings, events, conferences, and national initiatives (e.g., LEAP, education summits).
Client Engagement & Account Management
  • Conduct executive-level presentations and platform demonstrations.
  • Manage key accounts and ensure long-term customer success and renewals.
  • Coordinate with product, PMO, and technical teams to ensure solution alignment.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing models.
  • Provide sales insights to leadership to support product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Support expansion plans across Saudi Arabia, GCC, and international markets.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B / B2G sales, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals (SAR 100K+)
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation, SaaS, governance, or education technology
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to engage C-level executives and senior government stakeholders
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
Preferred Experience
  • Experience selling to government or education sectors in Saudi Arabia or GCC
  • Familiarity with GRC, board governance, ERP, or EdTech platforms
  • Existing network within universities, ministries, or large organizations
  • Experience with CRM systems (Zoho CRM preferred)
