Job summary

A leading IT solutions provider in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced account manager to manage and grow sales accounts. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing tailored IT solutions. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience managing multiple accounts and possess excellent communication skills in Arabic and English. Qualifications

  • Understanding client needs, providing tailored IT solutions, and achieving sales targets while maintaining profitability.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts, addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
  • Regularly review client accounts to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and engage potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Present and demonstrate IT products, services, and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their IT challenges and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, quotes, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals while ensuring profitability.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipelines, and revenue performance.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on account statuses and sales forecasts.
