Job Description:
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Set Up Reporting Framework encompassing Systems, Tools, Methodologies, Standards, Protocols, Policies, and all Reporting Aspects.
  • Create end-to-end automated, live, real-time, dynamic, interactive, and user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards by performing ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load), analyzing, mining, and interpreting data.
  • Create and manage all aspects of end-to‑end report development, including data import or pull‑in, data transformation and cleansing, data modeling and relationships, DAX and Power Query (M) scripting, performance optimization, data visualizations, data analytics, insights generation, publishing, sharing, access rights and permissions management, and role‑level security (RLS).
  • Create and develop forms and tools to gather, collect, and compile raw datasets from multiple stakeholders (Internal, External, and Cross‑Functional teams), and from diverse and various data sources and systems, including Excel, SharePoint, Websites, and PMIS Platforms.
  • Combine datasets while driving and maintaining the integration of data to ensure completeness, consistency, alignment, coherence, harmony, and complementarity of reporting inputs.
  • Develop and maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date centralized database or repository (Single source of truth) to support status reporting, progress tracking, reliable forecasting, and to facilitate a seamless report generation system.
  • Ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting data through regular verification, validation, quality checks, challenging and influencing data, while safeguarding its integrity through strong governance, access controls, and audit mechanisms.
  • Perform data analysis at all levels, covering both qualitative and quantitative aspects.
  • Prepare and manage the production and distribution of comprehensive, detailed, and executive performance, progress, and status reports, presentations, data visualizations (Graphs and Charts, S‑Curves, Histograms, Gant Charts, and others), and dashboards that are appropriate and aesthetic.
  • Prepare reports with various contents, intervals or frequencies, formats, methods of generation, bilingual, using various applications, covering all project management and operational aspects across Strategic, large‑scale Portfolios, Programs, Projects for the entire Project Lifecycle, Stage Gates (RIBA), or Phases.
  • Create and develop Performance Management Systems to monitor and measure key performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) across Strategic, Portfolio, Program, and Project levels, as well as PMO departments.
  • Create and develop quality control and assurance process to monitor and control the quality of reports and presentations, identify gaps, inefficiencies, discrepancies, and root causes of poor quality, implement corrective actions, recommend improvements and enhancements.
  • Ensure the timeliness and on‑schedule delivery (adherence to deadlines) of high quality, accurate, precise, clear, concise, error‑free, consistent, transparent, reliable, with integrity, effective, and efficient reporting outputs.
  • Manage, monitor, maintain, prepare, develop, and update RAID logs (Risk Register, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies), along with the Governance Log, Lessons Learned Log, Communication Plan, Stakeholder Register, and any other relevant project documentation.
What Required Skills You’ll Bring:
  • Holding a B.Sc. in Engineering.
  • 10 to 15 years of experience.
  • GCC experience is mandatory, with preference for experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).
  • Proven expertise in Project Management, Project Controls, Reporting, Construction, Engineering, and Design.
  • Experience working with leading firms.
  • Demonstrated background in PMOs and PMCs.
  • Created reports for Portfolios, Programs, Giga, and Mega Projects.
  • Experience engaging with high‑profile Clients and presenting to Executive and Senior‑level Audiences.
  • C‑KPI Certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Power BI Desktop (DAX and M languages), PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

  • Developer, implementor and manager of Power BI systems.

  • Creation of Reports, Presentations, Dashboards, Analytics, Visualizations, and KPIs.
  • Creation of Bar Chart, Line Chart, S‑Curves, Pie Chart, Water Fall Chart, and Others.
  • Data Analysis, Data Visualization, Data Manipulation, Data Mining, Data Science capabilities, and Database Querying.
  • Deep knowledge of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) processes, and Stage Gates.
