Job summary

A leading medical technology company based in Riyadh seeks a Senior Sales Leader to develop and monitor sales functions. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven sales leadership, preferably in the Medical Device industry, with strong analytical and relationship-building skills. This role includes forecasting business, nurturing a successful sales team, and ensuring excellent service through effective Order to Cash processes. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications is required.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of proven success as a high-performing senior sales leader.
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry or theatre environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in English is required.

Job description
What You Will Do:
  • Accurately forecast business and sustainably develop sales pipeline
  • Attract, develop, engage and lead a high‑performing sales team, supporting and driving them to accelerate business
  • Support and collaborate with our Enabling Function teams to ensure a smooth Order to Cash process is maintained and our customers receive the highest level of service
  • Ensure positive and detailed account communication between the team and other in‑house teams, providing feedback to senior management as required
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as revenue, sales activities, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions as necessary.
  • Lead complex sales cycles typically defined as six months or longer with multiple partners, decision‑makers, and influencers at multiple levels
  • Play an active role in projects / take the lead in key business processes
  • Be proactive in taking part in wider Stryker initiatives & projects across the region and globally
What You Need:
  • At least 5 years proven success as a high‑performing senior sales leader
  • Product and sales knowledge in Medical Device industry, or experience within the theatre environment
  • Proficiency in CRM’s and MS Office applications
  • Proficiency in English
  • Collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships with teams internally and externally
  • Conflict resolution and good critical thinking skills
  • Medical Device Capital Sales Experience
