We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Roads/Highways to spearhead the planning and execution of our vital road and highway infrastructure projects. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a proven track record in managing large-scale transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of roads and highways projects, ensuring alignment with regional development goals and standards.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, managing the project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including design engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to facilitate efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, addressing any challenges or issues that may arise to keep projects on track.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
