About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Infrastructure Project Manager to lead mission-critical projects for public sector and large enterprise clients in Saudi. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of Digital Infrastructure initiatives including Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Digital Networks, and Data Centre projects.

In this client-facing role, you will be expected to maintain a client-first, can-do attitude, ensuring excellence in delivery, communication, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end management of digital infrastructure projects, from scoping to delivery with high attention to detail.
• Collaborate with public and enterprise clients to define requirements and ensure alignment with business and regulatory goals.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely delivery of client-facing dashboards and reports highlighting key KPIs, timelines, and risk assessments.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and present status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics in clear, actionable formats.
• Ensure project alignment with strategic objectives such as Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Oversee budgets, resources, timelines, and quality standards for infrastructure solutions across: Cybersecurity, Digital Transformation, Data Centre Deployment, Digital Network Implementation
• Ensure project risk assessments and mitigation plans are in place and updated regularly.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — Bilingual is a must.
• 10+ years of experience managing and delivering IT infrastructure projects, ideally in the public sector or large enterprise.
• Strong technical knowledge of cybersecurity, networking, data centres, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience in client engagement, dashboard creation, and executive-level reporting.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Power BI, Jira, ZOHO or equivalent).
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
