Job summary

A leading engineering company is seeking a Senior Process Engineer specializing in Asset Integrity to work in Al Khafji, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Chemical or Process Engineering and at least 12 years of experience, including 8 in major Oil and Gas projects. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering activities, developing key engineering documents, and ensuring compliance with technical standards. This position offers a permanent full-time contract with a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Process Engineering.
• 8 years in Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in Asset Integrity projects is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Produce engineering activities on projects as required.
• Develop Process Flow Diagrams and P&IDs.
• Prepare engineering deliverables per technical standards.

Senior Process Engineer - Asset Integrity

Penspen www.penspen.com are currently looking for Senior Process Engineer(Asset integrity) in Al Khafji location in KSA.

Main Purpose of Role

Core Engineering Role to produce the volume of engineering activities on projects and within the business as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

Essential

• 12 years of experience; 8 years of them within the field of Process Engineering for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects. Asset Integrity project experience is mandatory

Advantage

• Previous experience in Saudi Region

Technical Knowledge and Skills (Discipline Specific)

• Knowledge of basic engineering processes
• Familiarity with international codes, standards and engineering practices (Saudi Aramco standards exposure is advantageous)
• Must be familiar with all aspects of design from concept to detailed design
• Technical analysis of engineering problems
• Development of Process Flow Diagrams and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams.
• Hysys Simulation and H&MB development
• Must have a ability to prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards
