Job summary

A leading infrastructure firm in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support pre-contract estimations and ensure compliance in infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in civil engineering and 8–14 years of experience in quantity surveying, including at least 5 years in a senior role. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential. The role involves training junior staff, reviewing BOQs, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards, all while working in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of relevant experience in post-contract quantity surveying.
• At least 5 years in a senior role, ideally in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure and heavy civil projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Manager Quantity in pre-contract estimations.
• Ensure BOQ accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Guide and mentor junior quantity surveyors.
• Supervise the preparation of BOQs for multiple infrastructure tenders.
• Conduct internal reviews of pre-contract estimation deliverables.
• Provide training to junior QSs on estimation standards.
