Job summary

A leading power solutions company in Dammam seeks a Sr. Project Manager for the execution of Power Conversion projects for the Saudi Electricity Company. The ideal candidate will manage project life cycles effectively, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to quality and safety metrics. Must possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 8 years of experience in the energy sector, and fluency in both Arabic and English. Experience with complex projects and a PMP certification are highly desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the energy industry focused on Project Management.
• Experience in managing large complex projects and leading consortium/turnkey projects is a plus.
• Applicants must have legal right to work in KSA without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Power Conversion projects for Saudi Electricity Company.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers on assigned projects.
• Accountable for Project Profit & Loss (P&L), margin improvement, and cash collection.
