Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review, and control of integrated project schedules for MEP contracting works using industry-standard planning tools.
• Establish detailed baseline schedules, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays and optimize project timelines.
• Coordinate closely with project managers, construction teams, procurement, and subcontractors to ensure alignment between planning, execution, and contractual milestones.
• Analyze project risks, constraints, and resource requirements, providing scenario planning and time impact analyses as needed.
• Prepare and present periodic progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and delay analyses to internal stakeholders and clients.
• Support claims management by preparing extension of time submissions, schedule narratives, and forensic delay analyses when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in planning and scheduling within MEP contracting and large-scale construction projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or similar project planning and scheduling software.
• Strong knowledge of MEP construction methodologies, sequencing, and coordination with civil and architectural works.
• Proven experience in progress monitoring, delay analysis, and contractual planning support.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work independently and lead planning functions on complex projects.
