Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the BMS industry for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales role.
• Experience with Siemens Comfort portfolio and/or other leading BMS systems.
• Basic HVAC/BMS knowledge in applications.

• Assess market and define partner-strategy to increase market share.
• Develop Solution Partners for the BMS and KNX portfolio.
• Analyze market conditions and build a stakeholder network.
• Conduct sales training and support for product selection.
