Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic territory business plan.
  • Conduct advanced product presentations and scientific discussions with HCPs.
  • Apply advanced selling, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques.
  • Identify high-potential customers and manage key account relationships.
  • Analyze market data, prescription trends, and competitor insights.
  • Lead initiatives to improve brand visibility and performance.
  • Mentor, support, and guide new or junior medical representatives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize omnichannel tools, CRM analytics, and digital engagement strategies.
  • Support the execution of marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Prepare and present performance reports and territory updates.
  • Ensure compliance with all promotional standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions.
Job description
Role Summary:

To maximize sales and market share of assigned Jamjoom products in the designated area by conducting sales promotions in line with the Company strategy, rules and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic territory business plan to maximize sales and market share
  • Conduct advanced product presentations and scientific discussions with HCPs, including specialists
  • Apply advanced selling, negotiation, and objection-handling techniques with key accounts
  • Identify high-potential customers and manage key account relationships effectively
  • Analyze market data, prescription trends, and competitor insights to drive strategic decisions
  • Lead initiatives within the territory to improve brand visibility and performance
  • Mentor, support, and guide new or junior medical representatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Sales Management
  • Utilize omnichannel tools, CRM analytics, and digital engagement strategies to optimize customer reach
  • Support the execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and events
  • Prepare and present performance reports, territory updates, and business insights
  • Ensure full compliance with all promotional standards, regulatory policies, and ethical guidelines
  • Proactively identify challenges and propose solutions to achieve territory growth
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • A minimum of three to five years’ experience in a Medical Representative role
  • SCHS (شهادة التصنيف المهني)
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; including fluency in English language
  • Results oriented with ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting towards meeting established objectives
