We are looking for a Senior Media Planning Executive to support the development and execution of cross‑channel media plans for key clients. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of media fundamentals. You will work closely with managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality plans, coordinate campaign execution, and ensure all deliverables meet performance and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing multi‑channel media plans aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
  • Conduct research using market, competitive, and audience tools to inform planning decisions.
  • Support day‑to‑day planning tasks including budgets, channel allocations, timelines, and campaign documentation.
  • Collaborate with performance, social, search, and creative teams to ensure integrated planning.
  • Monitor live campaigns with the delivery teams to ensure pacing accuracy and KPI alignment.
  • Prepare reports, post‑campaign analyses, and actionable insights for internal and client presentations.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of media trends, platform opportunities, and industry developments.
  • Manage internal coordination, ensuring all stakeholders receive accurate, timely information.
  • Support junior executives when needed and ensure high‑quality work across planning outputs.
Requirements
  • 2–4 years of experience in media planning (agency experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of media fundamentals, channel roles, and planning frameworks.
  • Familiarity with media tools (e.g., TGI, GWI, SimilarWeb, Nielsen, platform insights dashboards).
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable recommendations.
