Investment Management Professional

Qiddiya has an opportunity for an Investment Management professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in evaluating, originating, and managing real estate investment opportunities.

This is a hands‑on, high‑visibility role where you will collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions.

You will be expected to apply your expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the backbone of our investment framework and manage the financial performance of our real estate investments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, originate, and manage real estate investment opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to identify new investment opportunities, originate deals, and structure transactions.
• Apply expertise in financial modelling, corporate finance, and M&A to build the investment framework and manage financial performance.
• Engage in market research, perform rigorous financial due diligence, and create sophisticated models to assess profitability and risks of potential investments.
• Work closely with internal teams (project managers, analysts, associates) and external stakeholders (banks, consultants, legal advisors) to ensure project success.
• Understand and implement complex financial structures and deal terms to drive long‑term growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications preferred.
• Strong technical expertise in banking or investment management.
• Experience: 3–5 years in investment management, financial modelling, or M&A advisory (preferably in real estate or private equity).
• Experience in corporate finance, M&A modelling, and deal structuring with a focus on real estate.
• Experience from boutique investment banks (e.g., Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies) or large real‑estate funds (e.g., Hines, Brookfield, Capital Land).
• Prior exposure to the MENA region is highly desirable.
• Technical skills: proficiency in financial modelling, Excel, and corporate finance.
• Familiarity with banking terminology and M&A processes.
• Industry knowledge: strong understanding of real‑estate investment strategies, trends, and market conditions in the MENA region.
• Understanding of portfolio management and investment analysis.
• Language skills: fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
