As the Manager of Finance Business Partner, you will take charge of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting, ensuring that all financial activities support business objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Act as the financial advisor to departmental leaders, guiding them on budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the overall business plan.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
• Provide insights on capital investments and operational expenditures, aiding in project evaluations.

Requirements
