This leadership role is crucial in establishing a culture of safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement in health and safety performance across all road-related operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing policies, conducting risk assessments, leading training programs, and collaborating with project teams to integrate health and safety practices into daily operations. You will play a key role in incident analysis and mitigation strategies to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel involved in road projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage health and safety programs specifically for road construction and maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety policies and regulations.
• Lead incident investigations and develop action plans to address root causes, ensuring lessons learned are communicated effectively.
