In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leveraging Geographic Information Systems (GIS) technology to support strategic planning and decision-making processes for a mixed real estate program. Your expertise will contribute to optimizing site selection, land use planning, and development approvals, playing a critical role in the success of our projects.

As the Senior Manager - GIS, you will ensure the effective use of mapping technologies and geospatial data to provide actionable insights. You will collaborate with project managers, urban planners, and other stakeholders to integrate GIS solutions into the overall project framework, ensuring that data-driven decisions enhance project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of GIS strategies for a mixed real estate program.
• Manage the acquisition, analysis, and presentation of geospatial data to inform project planning and execution.
