In this role, you will oversee the management of fixed assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring that they are accurately accounted for and effectively utilized in line with project goals.

The Senior Manager - Fixed Assets will be responsible for developing policies and procedures for fixed asset management and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Your expertise in asset management will play a crucial role in optimizing our resources and enhancing our operations.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fixed asset management strategy, including acquisition, tracking, valuation, and disposal.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of fixed assets, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate reporting of fixed assets.
  • Monitor and analyze fixed asset performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
  • Conduct regular audits of fixed assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to staff on fixed asset management processes and best practices.
  • Prepare financial reports related to fixed assets for senior management review.
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, asset management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
