• Manage the technology transition and implementation of financial systems, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive development and execution of technology strategy in the finance domain, ensuring all solutions align with overall business objectives.
• Lead and mentor a team of finance technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of finance technology initiatives and drive informed decision-making.
