Overview:
Qiddiya Investment Company is a leading real estate company dedicated to creating world-class entertainment and leisure destinations in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced individuals to join our team as Senior Manager - Entertainment Strategy.
As the Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our entertainment offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of groundbreaking entertainment projects and make a significant impact in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of Entertainment Strategy in executing overarching entertainment asset class strategies to achieve portfolio and assets’ ambitions, vision, and objectives.
- Contribute to the design (pre-concept and concept) and early development stages of new entertainment assets, ensuring alignment with Qiddiya’s entertainment offerings and financial targets.
- Develop project documentation for distribution, including but not limited to; Requests for Proposals, Scope of Works, Strategy Briefs, various matrices, etc.
- Collaborate with consultants, IP licensors (where relevant), and other third parties to ensure insights and recommendations align with the overall scope of work, engagement objectives, and business expectations.
- Lead analysis and research on entertainment asset benchmarks (theme parks, family entertainment centers, etc.) and strategic topics to support robust decision-making.
- Provide input to initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and support implementation across functions within Qiddiya.
- Lead research and execute detailed business plans and feasibility assessments of new/existing entertainment assets, including Market Assessments, Visitation Estimation, and Financial Forecasting.
- Prepare and present presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, approvals, and effective communication of design and content related to entertainment assets.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- Minimum of 9 years of experience.
