Overview

The Senior Manager – Change Management leads the planning and execution of change strategies to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, structures, and ways of working across the Transport Business Unit (TBU). This role plays a critical part in enabling strategic transformations by supporting the people side of change — including changes to organizational structures, business processes, technology implementations, and cultural alignment initiatives.

The role is responsible for assessing change impacts, developing change plans, and working across multiple teams to ensure readiness, resilience, and alignment across the organization. This includes training, communications, stakeholder engagement, and cultural integration.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the TBU’s integrated change management framework and approach, aligned with QIC’s enterprise change strategy.
  • Collaborate with functional and project teams to assess organizational impacts and change risks of strategic initiatives.
  • Create detailed change plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training roadmaps, and readiness assessments.
  • Partner with HR, Strategy, and Governance teams to align change efforts with workforce planning, talent development, and performance frameworks.
  • Monitor and report on change readiness, adoption levels, and resistance risks to the Director and BU leadership.
  • Coordinate with external advisors and transformation partners where required to ensure change interventions are properly delivered.
  • Design and implement feedback loops and post-change assessments to drive continuous improvement and embed new behaviors.
  • Act as a change ambassador across the TBU, helping to shape a culture of adaptability, resilience, and innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
