About the Role

As a recognised subject matter expert, you’ll design and implement bespoke revenue management processes that align with market dynamics and business goals. Working cross-functionally with commercial, product, and operational teams, you’ll set the standard for excellence in cargo strategy delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that maximise profitability and performance. You’ll also lead and develop a high-performing revenue management team, setting clear objectives, mentoring talent, and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.Importantly, you’ll deliver scalable solutions and seamlessly integrate third-party platforms to expand customer choice and streamline operations across the network. You’ll also manage pricing strategy, optimise inventory, and drive commercial performance globally. About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum 10+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 5 in a strategic leadership role.
