Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in legal drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Experience operating in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, modify and negotiate contracts.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Represent the company in arbitrations and mediations.
