The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and at least 5 years of experience in engineering consultancy offices. This role requires strong design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring adherence to local regulations. The position focuses on delivering high-quality, functional interior solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in engineering consultancy offices.
• Strong knowledge of design development, technical drawings, and construction details.
• Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and budgets.
• Develop interior design concepts and material selections.
• Prepare detailed design drawings and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
• Conduct site visits to supervise implementation.
