Role Description
  • The Senior Interior Designer leads the end-to-end interior design process, delivering high-quality interior environments aligned with the company’s global brand standards, commercial objectives, and customer experience requirements. The role spans Concept development through Detailed design, FF&E specification, and Site execution, acting as the interface between the architectural shell and the final interior product. The position supports delivery across Ground-up Projects, Conversion Projects, and 3rd Party Partnership Projects, coordinating closely with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent, buildability, quality, and consistency across all project types.
Core Scope
  • Drive the interior project lifecycle: Concept → Design Development → GFC Documentation → FF&E Selection → Site Execution → Handover, in coordination with the Senior Site Architect and Project Manager.
  • Translate approved brand standards, product positioning, and customer experience requirements into high-quality interior environments aligned with HQ Design governance.
  • Lead the selection, specification, and procurement support for all interior finishes, lighting, furniture, and FF&E packages in coordination with commercial and procurement teams.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Interior Design (INT) with Architecture (ARC), Structural (STR), and MEP services during design development and on-site execution.
  • Oversee and coordinate external interior design firms and specialist consultants (lighting, acoustics, FF&E) across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with design intent and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure all interior layouts, materials, and details comply with local fire and life safety codes, authority requirements, and international accessibility standards.
  • Utilize BIM-based workflows and coordinated drawings to ensure accuracy in interior detailing, clash resolution, and multidisciplinary coordination. 8. Manage interior delivery across ground-up developments, conversion projects, and third-party standard conversions, maintaining consistent quality, brand expression, and execution standards.

  • Ensure a seamless handover with complete documentation for Facilities Management (FM).
Educational Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Architecture.
  • Min: 12 YearsMax: 15+ Years.
Computer and Software Proficiency
  • Autodesk Revit.
  • AutoCAD.
  • Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) and LOD specifications.
  • Rhino / 3DS Max.
  • Microsoft Office Excel.
