  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely and professional manner
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making
  • Manage HRIS and ensure accurate maintenance of employee records
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees on various HR-related matters
  • Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulations, updating internal policies as needed
Qualifications
