Job summary

A leading real estate company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Hard Services Engineer to provide technical expertise in the delivery of Hard Services. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in engineering or facilities management and have at least 3 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include aligning service design with company strategy and managing FM Contractor operations on site. Fluency in English is required, with Arabic being desirable.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, property management or similar.
• Graduate with Minimum 3 Years of Experience.
• Facilities Management Professional (FMP) or similar desirable.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and regulatory expertise for Hard Services.
• Align service design with FM Strategy.
• Develop detailed specifications for Hard Services.
• Work with FM Contractor for delivery scheduling.
• Implement Hard Services enabling SOPs on site.
• Manage Hard Services delivery operations by FM Contractors.
