About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Fusion Finance Functional Consultant / Senior Finance Systems Business Analyst to join our client's team in Riyadh. This on-site role demands a proactive expert with a strong background in Oracle Fusion Financials and preferably within the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the Oracle Fusion Financial Functional Consultant on projects.
  • Lead and support finance module operations across AP, AR, FA, XLA, CM, FAH & GL.
  • Perform subledger vs. GL reconciliation ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Work with and understand Oracle R12 configurations and legacy system integrations.
  • Act as a Finance Business Analyst, documenting and streamlining finance processes.
  • Deliver reporting and analytics through Power BI, dashboards, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders and IT teams.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion Finance.
  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle R12 and Fusion modules.
  • Banking domain experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability in financial process analysis, documentation, and systems integration.
  • Proficiency in Power BI and business intelligence tools.
