This full-time role requires working from the studio as well as client sites across the UAE. Occasional travel is expected.

FLOWERBX is looking for a reliable, well-organized and highly talented individual to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in luxury event floristry, working with leading brands and hotels. You will work closely with the FLOWERBX team to create stunning floral arrangements for our esteemed clients.

• A minimum of 8 years of florist experience.
• Experience managing a team of in-house florists, but also coordinating freelancers.
• Proven track-record of planning, executing and managing all aspects of floristry event production, along with effective problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of various flower types and their seasonal availability.
• Experience with supply-chain and purchasing of flowers.
• Understanding of how to care for and condition different flowers and plants to preserve their freshness and vibrancy.
• A creative mindset with a wide-ranging interest in both modern trends and traditional floristry styles.
• A team player who enjoys collaborating with others and cultivating strong relationships.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while prioritizing tasks and remaining calm under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail.

This is a full-time role with the requirement to work from the FLOWERBX studio in Dubai and client sites across the UAE. Occasional travel may also be required.
