JASARA PMC is in search of a Senior Environmental & Sustainability Manager to lead and enhance our sustainability initiatives within our construction and development projects.

This pivotal leadership role will focus on crafting and implementing sustainability strategies that align with our organizational goals while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in sustainability practices, environmental management, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee the execution of comprehensive sustainability programs and initiatives across projects.
• Conduct thorough assessments of environmental impact and develop mitigation plans to address identified risks.
• Manage compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards, ensuring all projects meet or exceed these requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance sustainability efforts and advocate for environmentally responsible practices.
• Lead training and capacity‑building initiatives to promote a culture of sustainability within the organization.
• Prepare detailed reports on sustainability performance and share insights with senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends, government regulations, and emerging technologies relevant to environmental sustainability.

Qualifications
