Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure project standards are met.
- Conduct regular inspections and tests of materials and construction work to verify compliance with specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of quality tests, inspections, and corrective actions.
- Ensure all construction and materials meet industry regulations and project requirements.
- Identify quality issues and work with teams to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Verify adherence to quality standards and specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform internal audits and reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with quality management systems.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports and metrics to project managers and stakeholders.
- Analyse quality performance and recommend improvements to processes and procedures.
