• Leadership in Technical Services & Design

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience specifically in managing technical services and design for commercial office projects.
• Proven success in managing multidisciplinary teams and large‑scale projects with a focus on commercial office spaces.
• Strong understanding of building codes, design standards, and local regulations.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for design, project management, and financial analysis (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and cost management related to commercial real estate projects.
• Proven ability to innovate and drive design excellence while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
