A international consultancy firm based in Al Khobar, KSA is seeking a Senior Cost Manager to oversee cost management on large-scale projects such as malls and hotels. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in cost management services, particularly in the Middle East. This role involves managing multiple projects, preparing cost estimates, and working closely with clients and team members to maintain project success and client relationships.

Job Description:
AESG is currently recruiting a Senior Cost Manager to join our growing cost management team based in KSA, working on various large-scale building projects, primarily a mall, tower, and hotel projects. The role is based on-site in Khobar, KSA.
As a Senior Cost Manager, you will support project leaders in delivering high standards of service, achieving successful client outcomes, sharing knowledge across projects, fostering innovation, and enhancing our reputation as a preferred service provider.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, client-facing, with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients or develop towards that. The role will primarily be pre-contract, with opportunities to assist on post-contract projects.
This position offers the chance to work within a leading team of cost management professionals, collaborating with global architects, interior designers, and engineers, advising major clients.
Candidates should have experience in delivering cost management services on major projects, with recent relevant experience, good communication skills, and a technical QS background. MRICS qualification or aspiration is preferred but not mandatory.
