Qualifications

• 5+ years in a QA department, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
• Familiarity with AIB, ISO 9001-2000, ISO 22000, GMP.
• Good spoken English and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, manage, and follow-up on quality improvements.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues from customer complaints.
• Coordinate with quality improvement project groups.
• Prepare annual plans and undertake audits.
• Prepare trends and update management on non-compliances.
