A leading technology company is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive enterprise sales in the Saudi public sector. This role demands over 10 years of B2B sales experience with a strong understanding of ECM and compliance needs in Saudi Arabia. Your Impact

As a Senior Account Executive, you will lead complex enterprise sales cycles, positioning OpenText as a trusted partner to the Saudi public sector. You’ll be expected to bring strong industry acumen, a consultative sales approach, and proven experience in managing strategic, high-value accounts.

What The Role Offers
  • Ownership of strategic public sector accounts and the responsibility to expand OpenText’s footprint within ministries, government agencies, and public enterprises.
  • Development and execution of a territory plan aligned to KSA’s Vision 2030 digital transformation priorities.
  • Building trusted relationships with C-level executives, IT decision-makers, and procurement leaders.
  • Leading end-to-end complex sales cycles — from opportunity identification and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with presales, solution consulting, and professional services to deliver tailored, value-driven proposals.
  • Representing OpenText as a thought leader in content management, governance, and compliance.
What You Need To Succeed
  • 10+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, with at least 5 years in enterprise content management (ECM), information governance, or cloud/SaaS solutions.
  • Strong track record of exceeding quota through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Proven experience selling into the Saudi public sector, with established relationships across ministries and large government entities.
  • Deep understanding of KSA’s digital transformation agenda, data residency, and compliance frameworks.
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with a mix of direct and channel engagements.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications or executive education (e.g., strategy, leadership) a plus.
