Responsibilities

• Ensure employees follow HSE rules and report deviations.
• Lead sub-contractor teams and supervise shift employees.
• Facilitate planned and corrective maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with customer rules and key values.
• Manage supply levels and report to the maintenance manager.
• Identify issues and solve operational problems.
• Report performance deviations to sub-contractors.
• Attend customer meetings and record minutes.
• Review subcontractors' submissions and propose improvements.
• Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions.
