About the Role

You’ll facilitate agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement for distributed engineering teams. As the company scales, you’ll relocate to Saudi Arabia and help foster a high-performance agile culture onsite.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with strong experience in distributed teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Scrum certification required (CSM, PSM); PMP or SAFe a plus.
