Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in large-scale infrastructure and building projects.
• At least 4 years in a senior leadership role within a top-tier construction group.
• Proven track record in leading infrastructure projects.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with knowledge of German advantageous.
