Qualifications

Job description

Primary Role Focus

Deploy and support the PrimeSET Liner Hanger development by overseeing the service and deployment on locations. Field specialist when not working in the field are required to work at the shop upon call of supervisor. The role reports to the Liner Hanger Leader and Technical Field Service Leads.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Gain Liner Hanger knowledge from the senior’s mentors and develop skillsets.
• Attending all internal pre-job meetings (CWOP) to support the development of a world class operations team.
• Ensure open, daily, and detailed communications throughout the job deployment with office with Field Specialist Trainer and management.
• Facility service work required when not working in the field.
• Ensure that job reports are extremely detailed and train local specialist FH2 and FH1, to keep high levels of professionalism.
• Provide performance feedback to Field Specialist Trainer and management on a regular basis.
• Liner hanger, MSF and upper completion deployments.
• Be the subject matter expert in both Liner Hanger and MSF product line, in the field, to provide expertise and advice within the company to improve customer service in the field as well as feedback to improve the requirements in the field.

Position Requirements

Experience and Skills

• Competent for frac jobs in rig-less.
• Competent in Shifting and milling operations.
• Competent in running Tandem Polish Mill
• Competent in running upper completions.
• Competent in running liner hanger and MSF completions
• 10+ years of experience and/or 50+ job deployment in oil and gas with specific experience in the Liner Hanger and Cemented market.
• Experience Field service and Customer support in the field and office in Saudi Arabia
• Travel is required
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook
• Excellent knowledge of the tools and the process of breaking down and re-assembling tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required
• Ability to communicate to other team members processes and procedures
• Capable of remaining professional when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders
• Highly adaptable and responsive to changing business needs
• Willingness and ability to support the team employees, Technicians and provide assistance when required
• Ability to work collaboratively with Shop Technicians to ensure work is completed as per Packers Plus QA & QC standards.
• Preferably a Saudi National

Education and Training

• High School Diploma – Preferred
• Degree, Diploma or Experience an asset.

Physical and Safety Requirements

• Proficient in First Aid, CPR, H2S, WHIMIS
• Physically fit
• Required to split time between field or workshop environment.
• Advanced H2S Training Certification and HUET if required
• Safety sensitive subject to pre-employment medical assessment
