The Sales Team Leader is responsible for coaching, guiding, and motivating the team, monitoring performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction to drive business growth.

How You’ll Contribute:
  • Supervise and manage the daily activities of the sales team.
  • Set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them in coordination with senior management.
  • Train and develop team members through coaching, mentoring, and workshops.
  • Monitor team performance, analyze sales data, and provide regular feedback and support.
  • Assist in handling key clients and resolve escalated customer issues promptly.
  • Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and sales forecasts.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitors’ activities and propose development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
  • What Makes You a Fit:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Open to receiving feedback for self-improvement and delivers feedback to others in a respectful and encouraging manner.
  • Have a strong desire for personal and professional development through ongoing learning and participation in training initiatives.
