Role Overview:

UTILITY Real Estate is looking for a high-caliber Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team. The primary focus of this role is to expand our portfolio by acquiring new properties for management and marketing, while building long-term strategic relationships with property owners and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Property Acquisition: Actively identify and secure new residential and commercial properties to be managed and marketed by the company.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, landlords, and high-net-worth investors.
  • Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote managed properties and ensure high occupancy/sales rates.
  • Business Development: Present the company’s management and marketing services to potential clients, highlighting value and ROI.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on real estate market trends and financing options to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in the Banking Sector—specifically in Real Estate Finance (Mortgages) or High-Net-Worth / VIP Client Services—are highly preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Network: A strong existing professional network in the local market is a significant advantage.
  • Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
