Job Purpose

Interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the Showroom sales process. Maintains strong relations with the customers and achieves the Sales Target based on the company plan.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Interactions:
  • Giving warm welcome and meeting customers in the showroom, understanding their needs, and making presentations.
  • Building close and good relations with potential and existing customers and ensuring proper follow up.
  • Showroom Sales:
  • Showcasing showroom products to showroom customers.
  • Promoting new products for customer awareness.
  • Supporting in preparing quotations according to the customers’ needs and specifications.
  • Following up with the customers until closing the deal.
  • Supporting the process of payments from customers, carrying out invoicing procedures and following up the delivery process.
  • Achieving the annual sales target.
  • Coordination and Communication:
  • Interacting and coordinating with internal departments like brand management, logistics, etc. wherever required.

  • Collaborate with teams to get the work effectively achieved.
  • Ensure effective communication with peers and managers, and show openness to directions and feedback.
