As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing real estate sales agents and building a strong sales team. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of tasks related to managing the sales team, including scheduling appointments with clients, providing feedback after meetings, and ensuring the sales team has everything they need to do their jobs well. You will also be responsible for tracking sales performance metrics and reporting these results back to senior management.
