Position Overview

We are looking for a Sales Manager (B2B) to join our team in Jeddah and lead the development of corporate partnerships across the western region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B growth, developing strategic relationships with corporations, institutions, and government entities, and promoting Husaak’s unique portfolio of team‑building programs, retreats, MICE events, and outdoor education experiences.

This position suits a dynamic, results‑oriented professional with strong communication skills and a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s corporate and tourism landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy for the western region focused on corporate, MICE, and education sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
  • Manage the full sales process from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, HR, and procurement departments.
  • Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to deliver high-quality client experiences.
  • Represent Husaak at corporate meetings, tourism events, and trade fairs.
  • Provide regular performance reports and market insights to management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B or corporate sales within tourism, hospitality, or event management.
  • Proven record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Saudi corporate market, especially in Jeddah and the western region.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and events when required.
