Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies for operations and maintenance services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.)
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government entities, private companies, and industrial clients
• Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams
• Monitor tenders and RFPs, and ensure timely and competitive submissions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
• Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
• Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
