Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for operations and maintenance services (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, security, etc.)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with government entities, private companies, and industrial clients
- Lead the preparation of technical and financial proposals in coordination with engineering and estimation teams
- Monitor tenders and RFPs, and ensure timely and competitive submissions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management
