Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will lead the sales team and develop effective strategies to increase sales and achieve set targets in the construction, finishing materials, cement-based paints, adhesives, grouts, and interior/exterior decoration sectors. This role requires a deep understanding of market demands within the construction industry and the ability to provide innovative solutions that meet client needs. The Sales Manager must have strong communication and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to analyze market data and make strategic decisions. The role also requires the ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the construction sector to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Lead and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
- Analyze market data and submit regular reports to senior management to evaluate performance.
- Build strong relationships with key clients in the construction sector and ensure continuous engagement.
- Provide training and support to the sales team to improve their skills and efficiency.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to attract new clients.
- Manage the allocated sales budget and maximize its effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and technical support to ensure excellent customer service.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction and building materials sector.
- Experience in the Saudi market.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the team to meet goals.
- Data-driven with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with direct clients and government projects.
- Good knowledge of modern sales tools and techniques in the construction field.
